After training for several years in a traditional gym, I found CrossFit in 2011. CrossFit offered a complete training system for strength and conditioning and after a few workouts I was hooked and never looked back.

Australian Institute of Kettle Bells Level 1 & 2.
Sports Power Coach Level 1 & 2.
Club Weightlifting Level 1 & 2.
