New to CrossFit?

Gain confidence with our Elements Program

If you are new to CrossFit we will start your journey with the Elements Program to create a rock solid platform to have confidence in your training. Beginners will attend 3 Element classes to learn how to be a CrossFitter and how to pick your weights for classes.

You will learn basic movements which you will find applies to main classes. Once you have completed your Element classes you will be ready to jump into the main classes and experience training like never before.
